INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ORDER
If you have received an incorrect or a defective product upon opening your package, please contact us via our Contact Us Page as soon as possible.
...... is not responsible for damage(s) done to any of our products by a customer who did not properly read the care label located (typically) on the inner neck portion of the products. Any claims beyond the 30 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
